Our flour tortilla process begins by using a high protein, high
quality flour. Our handstretched flour tortillas use the highest-quality lard.
After being stretched, they bake just enough time for small toast marks.

Our processed flour tortillas use the same high quality,
high protein flour. We then add Baker's margarine and cake and icing
shortening to give it a beautiful off-white color and a great taste.
